POSITION OVERVIEW
Manage the structural steel erection process for several projects.
The Structural Steel Project Manager is responsible for the following tasks in support of company efforts:
- Able to read plans & construction drawings
- Work with GC to initiate RFI’s & change orders
- Develop & Maintain a project schedule
- Manage the flow of materials, labor & equipment needed to complete the project on budget
- Interprets company policy & enforces safety regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Different Management software’s
- Must have experience with Microsoft office products
- Must have experience in Steel fabrication & erection
- Must have previous supervisory experience
PREFERRED
- Experience with Strumis Estimating and Tekla a plus
